Dear Parents and Students

Four weeks of school remain!   Our work this year allowed for much preparation and practice toward our new state test—STAAR.  Results for testing will be received toward the end of the month, with areas of  growth and needs shared that will allow students and schools to prepare for the new year. 

Currently, we are gathering information for our summer school program.   If your child struggled throughout  the year or had attendance issues he will be required to attend summer school for the areas of math and reading.   Students who are strong students will participate in enrichment summer school that will focus on math and science.  Summer school forms will be sent home within the next few days.  You may wish to call the school with any questions on this.

Various fun activities are being planned for the final days of school.  Our awards ceremony will be on April 23.  More details are to come.   

We thank you for all your support throughout the year.  Much is accomplished as we share the goal of preparing students, your children,  for the future!  We remain a phone call away for any questions or concerns.   We anticipate working closely during the summer session.  There is no rest yet as we reach for goals of success at that time as well!  We thank you for your partnership!
